VIRTUAL Pilates mat 100 hr Teacher Training

This is a classically based 100 hour training in beginner, intermediate and advanced mat work and including the magic circle, bands and weighted balls.  E-mail Toni here to sign up or for details. Our training is extremely comprehensive and is something that fitness professionals can use in all mat /fitness/ yoga classes as well as in personal training. It will change the way you move and how you teach movement. We include instruction in all props, and reformer moves taken to the mat, plus instruction in specialty populations such a prenatal. All of these subjects are usually not included in a standard Pilates mat training. Open yourself up for new opportunity!
